The idea that the Communist Chinese where allowed to gain favor of free markets and Democracy. In which was done so through a policy and legal binding contract of disbanding and opening up their markets. Shows causes for such drastic measures of an injunction for not following through, and for actually breaking the legal binding contracts.
It is one thing to allow in their free enterprises which are part of their international contract. However, at this point in time multiple international attorneys are complaining about WTO, Free Market and Democracy trade contracts with the Communists Chinese. We must look into the matter. If we look into the idea of what is being complained about. We can easily see that the Communist Party is forcing their SOE's to expand. Therefore, if it is true that the Communist Chinese are forcing or even trying to persuade foreign entities to enter into contracts of joint venture with their Communist SOE's. We can easily see the breaking of the legal binding contract that the Communist had to follow to gain fair trading standards with the free market and Democracy countries.
Furthermore, if the proper international contracts states that the Communist Chinese are supposed to be opening their markets and allowing more free enterprises into their countries. In which they have turned on and are now pressing more for their massive Cold War Weapons of SOE's. Along with bullying of foreign companies after stealing their supply chain reliance (resources, labor through production and shipping) through unfair competition from their domestic market place. We can then see how the Federal Trade Commissions act Section 13(b), 15 U>S>C Sec. 53(b) should be imposed on all Communist SOE's.
It is not the free market or Democracies that have a problem with fair or even legal trade. It is the Communist Party that constantly threaten, molest and even force illegal trade via SOE's and cartels upon the world. At the point when the mother and father of the markets are allowing such molestation. I say the mother and father are just as to blame for the sicko Communists destruction of the sanctatity of the world's economy. You know what they are doing you are not doing anything.
