Take the a specific entity, as such in scope the Chinese SOE's as a whole as they comprise the centralized SOE's boards main operations of business as under the Communist Party.
So how to do a simple market share calculation of SOE's
Let's take the whole sales of China as a whole. or GDP for the whole country.
Then we find out how much Chinese SOE's have inputted into that GDP.
As such if I am correct on the KISS theory, as KISS theories are usually more impactful.
That would mean we take the GDP input of the Chinese SOE Cartels and then divide it by the whole GDP. That would then give us the approximate market share of the company.

That means if my math is Correct the Chinese SOE's own 41% of their market share on a rough estimate.
However in a previous search for the Chinese AML declaration of market shares it was stated that they would stop any business with over 25% of the market shares. Yet I still see SOE's conglomerating hugely with other major SOE's to centralize their strategic power.
