Kind of funny Hugo Chavez is so worried about the CIA. Yet if I was him, I would worry about all those folks who wish to fairly and competitively run against him. As Hugo seems to be using his countries government to run out all of his opposition via, Nationalization of industries. Which has not worked so good for Venezuela, as their sectors that get nationalized seem to start failing. I mean by the way CIA, when are we going to start treating Venezuela like we did Cuba. They already stole money from free enterprises and used military force to nationalize an American free enterprise industry. Along with that Hugo is creating huge unfair political competitions. Were he just nationalized his oppositions business and says it is for the good. When he then turns around and uses the profits for his political campaigns.

However, OPEC, countries are lazy and their leaders seem to overly spend on things that do not help their people, nor the worlds people. It is the only industry in the world that could rise that fast, do to such a strong anti competitive behavior by the rich elite members. I mean diversification would make them richer too, and allow their overhead to be spread out more evenly so all humans could enjoy life, not just empty things sitting their for a few to enjoy.

Confronting the China-U.S. Economic Imbalance

China concentrates must of its foreign currency reserve and debt holdings at 65% of thier foriegn assets on US. This then holds high the US dollar. Which in turn has implications that destroy jobs, taxes and ability to militarily protect interests. As we know see huge amounts of intellegence being gathered to start to shut down intellegence dod bases because we can't afford this. This is bad because it hurts the US and it also does not allow China to free up its foreign assets holding for countries that need the help to civilize for sercurity purposes. China's high reliance on US foreign assets holdings then creates a two prong affect much like we saw Japan's similar actions of the past. 1. The US loses welfare because it is being held high at an inflation rate which is a tax on US savings. 2. Foreign countries that need the capital debt and foreign asset accumlation do not get to civilze their countries. Even though their countries would be a better investment as their is substantially more room for growth than there is in America. If China spread out their foreign assets holdings portfolio it would not only stop the detremental effects to the US by keeping the Buckaroo high but ti would allow it to help countries that need the help. So I apply this through lockean terms it is affecting the natural market forces as US production goes down and value goes down so should its buck. However, as it is being backed by the Chinese dollar it stays high. Then I apply this through the Marxist principles China is incurring a mountain of wealth centralized away from the people who need it the most. As such China should decentralize its holdings and thus spread the wealth out to countries that need it to produce a civilized infrastructuee and raise their welfare for children and families and to destroy micro economic socilological economic creations of terroists. This paper makes a statement to back up its conclusion. However, I believe that statement is flawed. Now after reading those statments in the wish to create a logical inference that Chinese currency manipulation is not the problem but US firms exporting jobs to China is the problem. The logic is flawed. As such the reason why US companies are exporting jobs to CHina is becaues of the low currency compared to super high production rate. Which makes China an uncompetitive arena for its competition which can also produce at low costs but not such high production. The logic used in the paper would have you believe in inference that currency manipulation has nothing to do with job import or export. However, again that is not true. One sentence, if it is cheaper to have it made there via currency then jobs leave. As such for jobs lilke high tech engineers the currency makes a huge problem. As China is creating the same things that the US is at our highest leves of nano- and comm tech (quantum portal). However, it is just cheaper which is highly correlated to currency value.
