This country is ravished with billions of dollars worth of cyber crime and cyber attackers. The US alone has lost more sensitive data to the communists than any other entity. It would be thought in the hacker world that both the MSS and the our data bases are wide open for door passing through. This is because as the government lags behind in their cyber defenses. The MSS is moving forward at light speeds. Which then could cause :)(good cause) for civilians to pick up the slack and try and see how fast they are moving. As such this should be conscripted into the governments role to reduce cyber crime and fraud. As such the agency could itself pay for itself, if it could prove each year that it was actually causing crime to go down and saving individuals money and lives from being destroyed. This would also save the Insurance companies billions too. As it would make it harder to create fraud if the US proliferated cyber knights to the t of which the communist create cyber raders.
Thus, Cyber Marshall's would become slowly obsolete for common cyber domains and would only need to be conscripted for outer realms of the cyber world. This then would cause a safer market place on the cyber domain and a savings in the US's ability to gain legitimate taxes from spending. While allowing Insurance companies to create more FDI which could develop other countries.
