It is believed by me that the Communist party does not allow different parties to be part of the upper echelon of the Chinese country. In which is owned and controlled by a court or rich Chinese men who do not allow other parties to compete against them for what would be a better developmental rule for the people. They as they see it are the rule of the people. They do want they want to make sure that China conquers and destroyers markets instead of allowing more discourse at thome for such things as slave labor camps, civilian rights to speak out against public leaders, and to the ability of people to try and peacefully make a change in their country.
The reason why this is oxymoronic. Is that no one party could ever feel what the people want. There are way to many different people and way to many ideas. For example there is a huge farm population right now that is very vulnerable to intelligence creation of a Republican backed political party. Especially since we see so much of the Communist party backing Democrats in the US with illegal funds, business transactions to erode political state economy and the allowance of stealing of technology from the US government.
Thus if the rich aristocrats who run the Communist party really where all about the people they would allow such entities as religious entities to be proper managed with state. So they could become a conservative party to vote against the liberal party. However, the extreme left party of the Communist do not wish to give up their power, rule or ideas of conquering through one world currency and one world government rule. In which would allow them to be the world's soul economic owners of the debts and production.
That is why I think Communists are oxymoronic. Meaning they want something but really do not achieve it even though it is obtainable.
